There will be two households designed to empower each resident to function at his or her highest and best potential. Staff at Waterside are well trained in a dementia care program designed for people with dementia, including Alzheimer’s. Caregivers will engage residents in meaningful activities adapted to their cognitive and physical ability level. The households will have private dining, kitchen, nursing stations, and common living spaces.

Come “LIVE” with worry-free costs at Waterside Memory Care
Waterside at Newbridge has an all-inclusive approach. Our affordable fees include personal care services and three meals a day offered to our Senior Living Residents. They are subject to an annual Cost of Living adjustment. No “Buy-in” or “CareLevel” fees.
An Initial Reservation Deposit of $1,500 is required prior to move-in and will be retained as a one-time Community Fee. A $2,000 Security Deposit will be due with the first month’s rent and will be refundable subject to the terms of the Residency Agreement.
