Our 76,000-square-foot facility is a resort-style retirement community in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. We provide assisted living and memory care for seniors 65 and older with special accommodations available for residents diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Newbridge will consist of 83 total apartments with 47 Assisted Living private apartments, and 36 Special Care private apartments designed for our memory care residents.
The Memory Care portion of the building includes two households designed to empower each resident to function at their highest and best potential. Both households will engage residents in meaningful activities adapted to their cognitive and physical ability levels. Each household will have its private dining, kitchen, nursing station, and common living spaces.
Residency Fees
At Newbridge, we have an all-inclusive approach. Our affordable residency fees includes personal care services offered to our Senior Living Residents. They are subject to an annual Cost of Living adjustment with no “Buy-In” or “Care-Level” fees. An initial deposit of $1,500 is required prior to move-in and we be retained as a one-time Community Fee. A $2,000 Security Deposit will be due with the first month’s rent and will be refundable subject to the terms of the Residency Agreement.
