Steve Kapp

I am originally from Perryville, MO. I moved to Cape Girardeau in 2005 and raise all three of my children here.  With over 20 years of construction experience and owning my own renovation and remodeling company locally, I have overseen a wide range of projects.  My true passion lies in creating comfortable living situations for individuals, especially those residing at Newbridge Retirement Community.  I understand the importance of feeling at ease in one’s living space.  I am dedicated to using my expertise to enhance the quality of life for our residents.  Together, we can create a warm and inviting environment that the residents of Newbridge Retirement Community will truly feel comfortable calling home.
