Holly’s connection to senior living began early, as she grew up with a firsthand look at the industry through her mother’s work. That early exposure sparked a lifelong passion for enriching the lives of older adults.

Since beginning her career in senior living in 2006, Holly has built her experience from the ground up, serving in nearly every department, including dining services, housekeeping, overnight care, caregiving, office administration, administration-in-training, sales and marketing, and leadership. This diverse background gives her a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for every role that contributes to an exceptional resident experience.

A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, Holly helped develop Newbridge Retirement Community alongside her mother, creating a community built on exceptional care, meaningful relationships, and an enriching lifestyle. Above all, Holly’s faith, love for her family, and genuine heart for people inspire both her leadership and her commitment to serving others every day.
