Ashley Wheeler

Ashley began her career in long-term care at just 16 years old and has been dedicated to serving seniors ever since. A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2011, she now serves as Resident Services Director, where she focuses on creating meaningful experiences, engaging programs, and a vibrant lifestyle for residents.

With a background in administration and a heart for resident engagement, Ashley brings both leadership and creativity to her role. She is passionate about finding new ways to help seniors feel connected, celebrated, and at home.

Outside of work, Ashley is a wife, proud mother of two, animal lover, and big dreamer with a creative spirit. She brings heart, imagination, and a deep love for seniors into everything she does.
